This Graduate Program will provide you with a unique opportunity to explore and deepen your knowledge in various areas of Marketing through 3 distinct assignments over two years. You will gain comprehensive experience across all facets of the marketing function, including:
- Strategic Marketing: Learn how to develop and implement category strategies at a global and regional level, drive product and service innovation, and analyze market trends to make informed decisions.
- Operational Marketing: Get hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns, managing product launches, and collaborating with sales teams to ensure successful market penetration and consumer engagement.
- Digital Marketing: Dive into the world of digital marketing, focusing on online consumer experience, digital content creation, social media strategies, and data analytics to optimize marketing efforts.
By rotating through these 3 missions, you will build a robust skill set and gain a holistic understanding of the marketing landscape. This program will prepare you for future leadership roles within Groupe SEB, equipping you with the expertise and insights needed to drive impactful marketing strategies.
YOUR MISSIONS:
- Mission 1: Project Product Manager - Oct 2025 to Sept 2026 (Ecully, France)
Based in our global Small Domestic Appliance site in Ecully, you will join our Strategic Business Unit of Home & Personal Care, and more specifically the Floor Care team.
You will contribute to one of the most exciting marketing mission in the group = Build / shape and drive the future on of the most promising category of floor care => washers (products that vacuum and clean your floor – see Rowenta X-Clean 10 as the example of our product portfolio), with only one goal in mind = be the worldwide leader of this product category.
As a Project Product Manager (Strategic Marketing) and reporting to the International Product Director in charge of the washer product category, you will develop, towards with the team, our future successful ranges, leveraging in house production and external suppliers.
- Develop deep understanding and knowledge of this perimeter (competition, products, services, consumer targets...) worldwide, being “obsess” by consumer reviews, and investing time to test products (including competition) to identify any new potential insights, business ideas…
- Support International product manager in finetuning strategy, positioning, key messages and benefits for these new ranges
- Follow and animate together with the project manager the process of product development to ensure we meet the right value equation in the right timing.
- Write down the strategic marketing files, and the marketing briefs to pass the different validation phases.
- Collaborate with the market managers to define the commercial strategy (prices, channel management, client specificities) of those ranges.
- Mission 2: Project Product Manager – Oct 2026 to March 2027 (CHINA to be confirmed)
This second assignment is a continuum to your precedent mission but located in our HUB based in Hangzhou (CHINA). This will give you a broader perspective of the worldwide firepower at Groupe Seb.
You will be in our HQ in China – Hangzhou - reporting to our International Product Manager Floor Care based in Hangzhou. You will have the opportunity to further leverage your knowledge on washer category and get closer to our production site (either in house => SUPOR Shaoxing Factory ; or closer to our strategic suppliers on the category).
You will:
- Bring new business opportunities, new insights, to further improve our washers products roadmap (anticipate new trends, new product usage). If for Europe, washers are on the rise (low digit penetration rate), in China, the category has already boomed (double digit penetration). In this super dynamic environment, we will be able to be at the forefront of new consumer usage. => you will be “our eyes” for consumer trends on washers in China,
- You will continue to be connected with Ecully’s team in order to further enrich our global product roadmap / activation based on your learnings from China
- Work with our HUB team (development, quality, design) to drive the product projects
- Get connected with our Chinese colleagues from SUPOR (industry ; innovation ; marketing) to get inspired and be fast on adapting domestic Chinese offer to the rest of the world (if identified as relevant and with business potential)
- Mission 3: Product Manager - 6 months from April 2027 (Turkey, Germany or South Americas)
This final assignment is the operational counterpart of your mission in Ecully / China.
You will have the opportunity to discover the operational management of the Floor Care business in one the top market for the category you have worked on as part of strategic marketing team.
This mission could take place in Germany or Turkey or even in promising new markets such as Latin America (to be confirmed depending on the strategy).
Supporting the Product Manager, your role will be to develop and implement product and marketing strategy plans in the local market under Groupe SEB’s guidelines, and constantly looking into new business and product opportunities to grow the cookware category.
You will:
- Support the Product Manager in the market launch of new products and define key communication plans
- Co-manage Below the Line (BTL) budget for “Go To Market” activation in coordination with local agencies and departments, especially Sales (KAMs), Logistics and Supply Chain
- Monitor the market to make analyses (based on GFK data) and identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities
- Understand consumer insights, market trends, and shopper behavior, working close with the HQ / BU in France
- Coordinate and approve translations of product texts, packaging, leaflets, and all assets related to the product launch
- Manage local marketing activities in coordination with Digital and Social Media Department
- Support the organization of marketing events (launch events, sales events & co…)
- Raise our Influence Marketing strategy by identifying new opportunities. Elaborate a strong communication plan and drive leads to our websites.
Depending on Groupe SEB strategy, local contexts, and the development of your skills, we will define the third mission during the year 2026. You could be based in or out of Europe.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated with a master’s degree in a Business School or equivalent in 2023, 2024 or 2025
- No more than 2 years of professional experience (internships and apprenticeships excluded)
- Previous study period or work experience outside your home-country
- International mobility
- Fluent in French and English, another language will be considered as a plus
- You have excellent persuasive skills and you master the digital ecosystem
